Wesley Snipes: Headed to the Slammer

He’s been pulling out all the stops to try and avoid or at least prolong having to go to prison, but Wesley Snipes' time is up.

The “Blade” actor has been ordered to jail by a federal judge who granted a government motion based on Snipes’ 2008 tax evasion conviction.

At this point, Wesley is facing a three-year prison sentence and will not be allowed any further appeals to the decision.

Snipes has been free on bond so far and hoped to score another trial to try and circumvent his prior conviction.
