Disappointing Victoria Justice fans everywhere, Nickelodeon has cancelled the Emmy-nominated series.
The popular show will end after the upcoming third season. Show creator Dan Schneider confirmed the cancellation on a blog post stating, "This was the network's decision - not mine."
However, Schneider did clarify that almost all Nickelodeon shows only run about 60 episodes. "We're extremely proud of the show, and all we've accomplished."
The show's 19-year-old female star took the news a little better, tweeting, "3 Emmy nominations is not a bad send off... #GoingOutOnTop #LoveUguys :{)"
Fifteen new episodes of the hit show will begin airing in the fall.
