Vanessa Lachey Feels "Blessed with a Little Angel"

Her husband broke the joyous news that they're on the way to becoming first-time parents, and now Vanessa Minnillo Lachey has made her first comment about the baby-on-the-way.

The 31-year-old former Miss Teen USA tweeted, "Finally, Nick and I are ready to share our news ... We have been blessed with a little angel!"

Clearly overjoyed that she's expecting a little one, Vanessa added, "We can't wait to meet Baby Lachey!!!"

Meanwhile, soon-to-be papa Nick Lachey followed up his big “Live! With Kelly” pregnancy announcement with an appreciative tweet for all the well-wishes that have since poured in.

The 38-year-old "Sing-Off" host wrote, "Thanks to everyone for all the well-wishes! It means a lot to Vanessa and I. Who's guessing? Boy or girl?"
