Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens: No Proposal

There’s been all kinds of talk around the gossip mill about a possible engagement on the way for Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, but it turns out it’s all wrong.

According to a report, the claims that the “High School Musical” pair are getting betrothed are nothing more than a publicity ploy by attention-hungry bloggers.

One source said a pal of Efron told them, “The proposal has been something Zac has been thinking about for awhile. He already has the ring picked out and I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw the two engaged this summer.”

A spokesperson for Efron declared, “They are not moving in, getting married, or breaking up,” in response to the story.
