Tyra Banks: Harvard Businesswoman
Amping up her resume in the utmost, Tyra Banks has been hitting the books at Harvard Business School since last year.
The reason behind the need to further her education? The “America’s Next Top Model” babe told CBS News, “In order for my company to grow and be the best, and to reach these women, and to serve them, I needed the best. So I went to the best.”
Tyra also reflected back to when she was 17-years-old and made the decision to not go to college, telling, “The day that I put college on hold because I got discovered to go to Paris and try this whole modeling thing ... was one of the most difficult decisions of my entire life."
As one of the highest paid women in prime time, Banks is taking the Owner/President Management Program, which requires students to participate in intensive three-week sessions costing $31,000 a year for three years.
