"True Blood" Lands Fourth Season with HBO
Continuing to rank among the network's most popular shows, HBO has locked in a fourth season of the vampire series "True Blood".
With the third season having just gotten underway on June 13th, fans can now look forward to more from Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgard and friends come summer 2011.
Alan Ball, creator of the show, told in a statement: "I am beyond thrilled to be able to continue working with this amazing cast and crew. This is the most fun I have ever had."
Meanwhile, President of HBO programming Michael Lombardo added: "The new season of TRUE BLOOD is off to a terrific start, as enthusiasm for this unique show continues to build among both subscribers and critics. We're looking forward to more chills from Alan Ball and his gifted team next year."
