Tony Romo and Candice Crawford: White House Bound

Still building a new relationship with his latest flame, Tony Romo landed in Washington DC via Dulles airport with girlfriend Candice Crawford on Friday (April 30).

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback held hands with his lady love, who is the sister of "Gossip Girl" actor Chace Crawford, as the pair readied for the upcoming White House correspondents dinner.

Prior to the Washington DC trip, Tony took time out of his schedule to visit ill children at the Memorial Hospital.

Randy Foster, District President of Key Bank said of the appearance, "It's really cool. He's the first one really in the luncheon series that has asked to go to the hospital to see some kids."

Meanwhile, Romo told press, "I've been blessed to be healthy and in a situation I'm lucky enough to be in and the kids sometimes got, you know, something they have to overcome or, in some cases, a tough draw. And you know, you just let them know that it's part of life but there's still plenty of things you can be happy with."
