Taylor Swift Will Be Rocking the 2012 MTV VMAs

She has a new boyfriend (Conor Kennedy) and a new single (“We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”) and now Taylor Swift has just made a big announcement.

The “Love Story” singer has been named as a performer on the upcoming 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, set to take place on Thursday, September 6th at 8PM.

And Taylor will be in good company when she takes the stage, as fellow stars Pink, One Direction, Green Day, and Alicia Keyes will also perform.

As for presenters, the illustrious list includes Gabby Douglas, Jordyn Wieber, Aly Raisman, McKayla Maroney, and Kyla Ross (the gold medal-winning Olympic gymnasts), as well as Miley Cyrus, Mac Miller, and Wiz Khalifa.
