Kicking off her week with a video shoot in Paris, France, Taylor Swift showed up at Place de Furstenberg at St Germain des Pres this morning (October 1).
The “Mean” songstress looked gorgeous in a blue bowtie blouse teamed with a floral print skirt as she pedaled her bicycle up the street.
Taylor is featured on the cover of Glamour magazine’s November 2012 issue, slated to hit newsstands on October 9th.
And in the accompanying interview, Swifty talks about the importance of having her girlfriends nearby at all times- “They are so important in my life right now. I’m the kind of girl who needs to tell her friends everything. I’ve developed this really close-knit group of girls. Two of my close friends are bandmates.”
As for her tendency to be misunderstood, Taylor noted, “I think some people think it’s just apple pie and sunshine and sprinkles and ponies. Which is just funny. But I never feel the need to go out and make some grand statement that I’m dark and twisty and complicated, because I’m not that either. It’s just not as simple as ponies and rainbows, though I do love ponies and rainbows.”
Also, Miss Swift debuted the title track for her newest album "Red" this morning. Take a listen below and look for the release on October 22!
