Continuing her world domination crusade, Taylor Momsen was spotted rocking out in St. Petersburg, Russia on Wednesday (July 13).

Joined by her band The Pretty Reckless, the “Gossip Girl” babe looked goth gorgeous as she took the stage at Tuborg Greenfest.

Earlier this month, Taylor raised eyebrows with some racy girl-on-girl action during her gig in Barcelona, Spain.

Miss Momsen invited ladies from the audience up on stage, but only if they were willing to take of their shirt.
