Taylor Lautner's West Hollywood Dinner On the Town

Heading home after a delicious dinner out, Taylor Lautner was spotted leaving Craig's Restaurant in West Hollywood, California on Thursday night (August 30).

Showing his team pride, the "Breaking Dawn" hunk donned a Boston Red Sox ball cap, chest-baring red plaid shirt, gray wash jeans and matching boots for his evening on the town.

This was the first sighting of Taylor since it was revealed that he and his "Twilight" costars, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart would not been attending the final conventions for their upcoming film, "Breaking Dawn: Part 2".

In a statement released by Creation Entertainment, the company told press, "The passion and dedication of Twilight fandom has been amazing and we're out to throw one last giant convention, a final gathering to see old friends that have made up the Twilight family. Although Rob, Kristen and Taylor will not be with us this time out we will have a super line-up of other Twilight stars and the weekend will be filled with special events, movie prop and costume displays, contests, panels, auctions, parties, exclusive merchandise, music and much more, including some surprises!"

Of course, the change of plans appears to be a result of Stewart's affair with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders.
