Stephenie Meyer
She’s one of the hottest writers in the business, and Stephenie Meyer is excited for her fans to see her latest flick “The Host.”
The prolific author told press that while the movie is definitely a completely new storyline from her “Twilight” franchise with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, viewers will still notice a “little bit” of similarity to her vampire chronicles.
She’s watched them go from virtual nobodies to the biggest stars in Young Hollywood, and Stephanie Meyer sees Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's meteoric rise to fame as a mixed blessing.
The “Twilight” author told London’s Sunday Times, “Here’s the thing: there are some actors who are looking to be world famous, to be that household name, and although they might discover that there are a lot of negative things involved in that, it’s what they want.”
After her mega-popular “Twilight Saga” reached its peak, Stephenie Meyer teamed up with Diane Kruger and Jake Abel to talk with The Hollywood Reporter to chat about their new project, “The Host.”
After posing for a spread by Jeff Lipsky, the trio dished about everything from writing a successful sequel to the characters in the new film.
Adding on to the already-unmatched vampire craze, Stephanie Meyer definitely knows how to please her fans.
While many were devastated when the “Twilight” author announced she was not going to be publishing “Midnight Sun,” she found another way to make her fans happy.
