After nabbing the biggest Bond opening ever with $87.8 million, "Skyfall" is getting an unneeded boost from a former James Bond, Roger Moore.
In an interview, the 85-year-old British actor told People, "In my opinion it is the best, best Bond of all—and Daniel Craig, I am full of admiration for him."
That's high praise from an actor who played the suave spy in four of the famous flicks. Mr. Moore's run included, "The Spy Who Loved Me," "Octopussy," "Live and Let Die," and "For Your Eyes Only."
The film's huge opening makes it the seventh-best November opening weekend of all time, behind movies from the "Twilight" and "Harry Potter" franchises. It seems Daniel Craig, the sixth man to put on the spy suit, has hit his stride.
