Simon Cowell & Mezghan Husseiny: Taking "A Break"

Clearly not ready to settle down just yet, Simon Cowell has taken a break from his engagement with former fiance Mezghan Husseiny.

The “X Factor” bully confirmed that he and his makeup artist gal – who haven’t seen each other since before Christmas - are no longer an item.

Recently chatting with the Daily Mail, Cowell explained, "It is quite a complicated relationship. We have had a break from each other, and we are still incredible close."

"I'm vulnerable," he added. "It's not on, it's not off, it's somewhere in the middle. I don't know if I will ever get married, but I am happy."
