Shaun White
Shaun White is an American professional snowboarder and skateboarder. He is a two-time Olympic gold medalist.
Back in September he was arrested for public intoxication and vandalism after he went a little crazy at Patrick Carney’s wedding, but now Shaun White is in the clear, legally speaking.
The 26-year-old Olympic snowboarder seems to have done everything necessary to make restitution for his wrongs, and the court has dropped the charges against him.
After appearing in court on Wednesday on charges of public intoxication and misdemeanor vandalism, Shaun White had both charges dismissed.
In exchange, the gold-medalist snowboarder will complete alcohol treatment, 24 hours of community service, and pay restitution to the hotel he allegedly damaged.
It’s no secret that celebrities can sometimes get out of hand when it comes to partying, and Shaun White has repented for his sins over the weekend.
The world-famous snowboarder had way too much to drink in Nashville and ended up setting off a fire alarm, destroying property at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, and injuring himself and another guest in the process.
Partying as if he were a summer Olympian, Shaun White was arrested for public intoxication and vandalism after wreaking havoc at a Nashville hotel.
According to TMZ, the snowboarding gold medalist allegedly trashed his hotel room while wasted and when confronted by staff, pulled several fire alarms before taking off running, falling, and splitting his head open.
