Shakira Gets a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

Being immortalized in Tinseltown thanks to her successful music career, Shakira was honored with a star on The Hollywood Walk Of Fame on Tuesday (November 8).

The "Hips Don't Lie" singer was all smiles as she watched her sidewalk marking be unveiled - which is the 2,454th star on the famed streetside locale.

FAs part of the festivities, Shakira was joined by City Councilman Eric Garcetti - who spoke to a crowd gathered in front of the W Hollywood Hotel.

The ceremony comes one day before Shakira is honored in Las Vegas as the Latin Grammy Person of the Year.
