Less than 24 hours after entering Miami Beach hospital in critical condition following a jet ski accident, Sean Kingston has now been stabilized.
The "Beautiful Girls" singer's publicist, Joseph Carozza, released this statement about yesterday's accident: "Sean Kingston is now stabilized and has moved from the trauma unit to ICU. Sean's family thanks everyone for their prayers and support during this time."
Sean's rescuer, Jonathan Rivera (an off-duty member of the Coast Guard), told TMZ that - after coming upon the accident - he immediately wrapped his arms around 21-year-old before noticing that he was "convulsing and throwing up blood" all over him.
After holding on for 15 minutes a police boat arrived on scene and, as Rivera revealed, Kingston's spirits were positive as he reassured everyone, telling "I'm going to be okay."
