Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds: Happy Homeowners

Despite rumors that their marriage had hit a rough patch, Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds recently purchased a new property to add to their marital assets.

The “In Good Company” actress and the “Van Wilder” stud picked up a modest home in Louisiana that’s being described as a “rusty old barn.”

As for her domestic duties, Scarlett recently confessed that she’s not the typical housewife, and has a hard time doing the chores.

“I wouldn’t say that cleaning is something I like to do, or ironing. I can’t remember the last time I ironed, actually. Does anybody actually iron anymore? Men iron more than women these days.”

“I love to cook and bake, I love to be domestic in that way because you know what goes into the food you eat. I like cooking alone – I find it very therapeutic. I put on some music, maybe have a glass of wine and make something like a turkey Bolognese or a nice frittata.”
