Sarah Jessica Parker’s Mother-Son Bonding

Taking in all of the sights and sounds of New York City at Christmastime, Sarah Jessica Parker and her son James Wilkie Broderick were spotted out and about in the Big Apple yesterday (December 18).

The “Sex and the City: The Movie” star made sure her little guy was bundled up for the cold, herself sporting a grey goosedown frost-free duster coat.

And along with a new movie scheduled to hit theaters in 2009 (Family Affair), SJP is also busying herself by joining up with Matt Dillon and Refugees International to host a one-night-only performance of George Packer’s “Betrayed” in Washington DC.

She told press, "It's an exciting time to bring this play to our nation's Capitol. We hope people will walk away with a sense of the challenges Iraqi refugees are facing."
