Russell Brand: Katy Perry Gets the House!

Hollywood divorces can be so messy, but it looks like the split between Russell Brand and Katy Perryy is shaping up to be quite amicable.

According to a report, the “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” stud has surrendered his ownership of their $6.5 million Hollywood Hills mansion to his “Hot N Cold” ex-wife.

The house, purchased back in June of 2011, boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a plethora of luxurious amenities.

With the absence of a prenuptial agreement, Brand would have been entitled to $20 million, which is half of what Katy banked during their marriage.

However, Russell has denied he’ll take the cash, and instead they "have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party."
