Randy & Evi Quaid: Northern Nomads

They’re fugitives of the USA and Randy and Evi Quaid have decided to chill out in Vancouver, Canada for awhile.

The infamous pair was spotted living out of their Toyota Prius yesterday (December 22), with Randy smoking a cigar and Evi picking her nose.

Apparently, the Quaids have been spending lots of time with their lawyer, leaving their dog to guard the car while they’re away.

And once the sun goes down, Randy and Evi drive around until they find a good parking spot, and then they camp out in the Prius for the night.
