Randy & Evi Quaid: Courtroom No-Shows

Surprise, surprise! Once again, Randy and Evi Quaid have evaded the legal system and failed to show up for their court date today (November 16).

The “National Lampoons Christmas Vacation” actor and his nutjob wife were out on $1 million bail, which they’ve now forfeited to Johnny Law.

Instead, the Quaids’ attorney Bob Sanger appeared on their behalf to report that the Canadian authorities had taken Randy’s passport and now he’s stuck in Canada.

Deputy District Attorney Anthony Davis told press, "Essentially the status quo remains it will be up to Santa Barbara District Attorney Joyce Dudley if she starts extradition proceedings against the Quaids."
