Summit Entertainment isn’t keeping quiet about the replacement of Rachelle Lefevre with Bryce Dallas Howard for the third Twilight movie, as the company says that Lefevre has no reason to be stunned - especially since it was her own fault.
"We at Summit Entertainment are disappointed by Rachelle Lefevre's recent comments which attempt to make her career choices the fault of the studio," a press statement reads. "Her decision to discuss her version of the scheduling challenges publicly has forced the studio to set the record straight and correct the facts."

Some sad news occurred in the Twilight world, as Rachelle Lefevre was dropped by Summit Entertainment from her evil vampire Victoria part due to scheduling conflicts. Bryce Dallas Howard will be taking her place and Lefevre is “stunned.”
Shocked, Lefevre made a statement on Wednesday, saying, “I was stunned. I was fully committed to the Twilight saga, and to the portrayal of Victoria. I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accordance with my contractual rights, accepted only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules.”
