Showing off her girl fighting skills, Rachelle Lefevre was spotted for the first time on set of her new CBS show, "Applebaum," in Venice Beach, CA on Saturday (April 28).
In the behind-the-scenes look, the 33-year-old Canadian actress is seen smashing a skateboard into a gunman's back after two men threw themselves into a marijuana glass store window.
Even after Rachelle takes down the gunman, she is later seen ruthlessly kicking him while he laid on the ground in a helpless state.
The "Twilight" beauty, who scored the lead role after reported casting difficulties, plays a stay-at-home mom, Juliet Applebaum, who wants to bring some excitement into her life and decides to become a private investigator.
The Chris Columbus directed pilot episode and new series is based on Ayelet Waldman’s Mommy Track Mysteries series of books. No word yet on when we can expect to catch the first episode.
