Paris Hilton Sued Over Stolen Jewelry

She’s always up to something and yesterday (April 6) Paris Hilton was spotted at JFK International Airport in New York City.

The “Simple Life” hottie chatted away incessantly on her mobile phone while sporting an NYPD baseball cap and carrying her massive handbag.

In legal news, Paris is on the receiving end of a lawsuit filed by Allianz Insurance over $60,000 worth of stolen jewelry that was returned to her.

The suit states, "Despite having recovered Damiani's jewelry, [Hilton has] failed to return all of the jewelry to Damiani as required by the Agreements."
