Omar Sharif Slaps Female Fan at Doha Festival

We all know celebrities can be unpredictable, and Omar Sharif had a mini-temper-tantrum during a meet and greet at a film festival in Qatar.

The “Lawrence of Arabia” actor was busy posing for pictures with fans when he lashed out at a female admirer who apparently got too close to him.

Sharif slapped the woman and gave her a verbal lashing before eventually settling down and posing for a picture with her.

Omar’s outburst was caught on camera by a bystander at the Doha Tribeca Film Festival, though there’s no word of any legal action.
