Stepping out of her Los Angeles, CA home, Oksana Grigorieva was spotted talking with Mel Gibson's bodyguard on Thursday (November 18).

The “Patriot” actor’s former fling spoke with the security staffer before she handed over daughter, Lucia, who was being picked up to go see her daddy.

In recent news, TMZ is reporting that Gibon’s lawyers are set to appear in court early next week to ask the judge for full custody of Lucia.

Mel is looking to take away all custody from Oksana, awarding her with only monitored visitations.
