Oksana Grigorieva: Back to the Courthouse

Continuing her custody war with Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva was spotted arriving at a Los Angeles courthouse today (November 15).

The Russian musician looked a bit annoyed as she strolled inside while a swarm of shutterbugs snapped up pictures.

In related news, Mel gave a sworn declaration in which he confessed to slapping Oksana, but only because she was acting crazy and swinging their daughter Lucia back and forth.

"I slapped Oksana one time with an open hand in an attempt to bring her back to reality. I did not slap her hard. I was just trying to shock her so that she would stop screaming, continuing shaking Lucia back and forth."
