Enjoying an evening with friends, Nicole Richie was spotted outside Casa Vega Mexican Restaurant in Studio City last night (December 20).

The “Simple Life” newlywed was definitely feeling good after a few margaritas as she made her exit, sporting a casual getup including some ripped-up jeans.

In related news, Nicole was said to be in a bidding war over who would get to publish her wedding photos.

According to a report, Ms. Richie entertained offers of $100,000 + between People and OK magazine, pitting the two against each other.
