Nicole Richie Gets Family Restraining Order

Taking legal action to protect her children, Nicole Richie has filed a restraining order against a lurking paparazzo.

The fashionista is fed up with Fabricio Luis Mariotto for not only chasing her while she’s driving, but for hanging out around Harlow’s preschool, too.

In her petition for the restraining order, Richie says, "[Mariotto] drives erratically around my children and others, yells, screams and attempts to scare us so that he can photograph our reaction. He trespasses on preschool property to photograph the children."

The temporary order will prohibit Mariotta from going within 100 yards of Nicole, Harlow, Sparrow and Joel Madden, as well as the school.
