Nicki Minaj Rocks Vancouver, Plans Billboard Appearance

Taking her hip hop north of the border, Nicki Minaj was spotted in concert in Vancouver, Canada last night (April 27).

The outspoken rapper took her show to a new level of raciness as she involved sex toys in her routine, along with her usual crazy colorful getups.

Next month, Nicki will be performing on the newly-revamped Billboard Music Awards, hosted by “Hangover 2” star Ken Jeong.

Other big names on the performance roster are Keith Urban, Jennifer Lopez, Black Eyed Peas, and Cee Lo Green.
