Nick Lachey Talks Jessica Simpson's Engagement

They ended their marriage back in 2006, and newly engaged Nick Lachey recently opened up about Jessica Simpson's surprising engagement.

During a Monday morning (November 15) conference call, the former “98 Degrees” star told Us Magazine, "I will say the same thing I always say: I wish her the very best."

Of his own exciting news, Nick told that they are "still basking in the glow" of the news and "are enjoying that. I'm sure we'll get on the other planning shortly. We are now just enjoying this experience."

As for Jess on Nick, she recently told Ryan Seacrest, "I am extremely, extremely happy for him."
