Bundled up for a wintry New York City day, Naomi Watts and Live Schreiber picked up their boys from school and caught a cab home on Friday (December 14).

The "Impossible" star helped carry their hot beverages and a large blue tote, while her man carried Samuel on his shoulders and held Alexander's hand.

Recently, the 44-year-old actress talked to Celebuzz about her real-life role as a mother, and how mothers are known to be fearless to protect their kids.

Responding, Ms. Watts admitted, "Allegedly that's true. I still can't quite believe that. I think I'm terrible in a crisis."
