Mitchel Musso Busted on DUI Charge

Making for quite the unfortunate incident in his young life, Mitchel Musso has been arrested on a charge of Driving Under the Influence.

The former "Hannah Montana" actor was reportedly nabbed by police early Sunday morning (October 16) while being pulled over in Burbank, California.

As for what led up to the stop, 20-year-old Musso is said to have failed to stop for police officers who were directing traffic surrounding an accident in the area.

Mitchel was then given a breathalyzer test, which he failed by blowing over the .08 legal limit - after which he was taken to the county jail and booked for DUI.
