She's celebrating her 24th birthday today (January 24), and Mischa Barton was spotted keeping busy at a photocall in Moscow, Russia.

The former “O.C” babe, who is currently promoting “You and I,” looked beautiful in a long-sleeved frock as she answered questions about the film and posed for pictures.

In other news, In Touch recently reported that Ms Barton is interested in going on the popular ABC show, “Dancing With the Stars.”

A source said, "Mischa watches the show religiously, and she thinks she can hold her own and maybe even win it. She likes the idea of being on a top-rated show, too."
