Report: Intruder Arrested at Miley Cyrus' Home

Hoping to meet the famous pop star, an intruder was captured on Miley Cyrus' property in Los Angeles early this morning (September 8).

The alleged trespasser, Jason Luis Rivera, reportedly jumped the "Hannah Montana" star's fence and was found in the bushes.

Luckily, Miley was not at home at the time. Rivera was found armed with scissors and declared that he intended to see the 19-year-old singer/actress.

This isn't the first time Miss Cyrus has had a brush with danger. Last month, police rushed to the home after receiving a report that shots had been fired in the starlet's home. Fortunately, the 911 call was proven to be a false report.
