Out for a cruise with her pal Cheyne Thomas, Miley Cyrus was spotted in Philadelphia, PA on Monday afternoon (August 20).

The 19 year-old star is in town while her fiancé Liam Hemsworth films “Paranoia”. During her outing with Thomas, the former “Hannah Montana” star tweeted a picture of the pair with the caption, “#Homiés4Life.”

In personal news, Paris Jackson recently shared her support for Miss Cyrus' stunning confidence post-haircut.
