Strutting through the concrete jungle, Miley Cyrus was photographed out in New York City this afternoon (November 19).

The 19-year-old singer rocked a fuzzy black sweater with a pleated skirt as she greeted fans and posed for pictures on the Big Apple streets.

During the exciting morning, Miss Cyrus shared, “What a dope morning. So many fans outside my hotel this a.m. in NYC. If there's this much chaos NOW imagine when I drop this record! #ohsnap.”
