Stepping out for a sushi snack, Miley Cyrus was spotted leaving Sushi Dan restaurant in Studio City on Sunday (October 25).

Joined by her BFF Mandy Jiroux, the "Hannah Montana" cutie was in high spirits - stopping to pose for a picture with one of her fans along the way.

Meanwhile, Miss Cyrus is currently geared up to take the stage at the second annual Concert for Hope this evening.

The proceeds from the event help to “fund lifesaving cancer research and treatment programs at City of Hope - one of the nation's leading cancer centers.”
