Miley Cyrus: Fan Favorite in Toluca Lake

She has always been good to her followers, and Miley Cyrus took the time to show her appreciation for one lucky fan yesterday (August 26).

The “Can’t Be Tamed” singer posed for a picture and signed an autograph for a girl who caught up with her in Toluca Lake, sporting a black sheer top with black lace-up short shorts and large black leather boots.

And it seems Miley’s new bleached blonde cropped hairdo has garnered the attention of “Anger Management” mastermind Charlie Sheen, who is never stingy with his opinions.

Cyrus initially tweeted that Sheen “IS THE [bomb icon],” and Charlie wrote back, “Idk, w/that new haircut Miles… You’re the [bomb icon]. Come watch the show at my place! XO.”
