Miley Cyrus’ Sexy New Photo: Still Can’t Be Tamed

She’s never been one for modesty, and Miley Cyrus took her sex appeal to a new level in her recently-posted Twitter photo.

In the picture, the “Party in the USA” songstress (19) opted for a black bra underneath a see-through top with skin-tight printed leggings and black combat boots.

And in an effort to explain her loud and crazy getup, Miley added the caption, “It was just one of those CUHHH-RAZY pant days.”

Miley has been fielding all kinds of feedback regarding her bleached-out, short-cropped hairdo since she unveiled it over the weekend.

In response to tweets like “Your barber is an a**hole,” Miss Cyrus posted the statement, “My dad Billy Ray Cyrus used to tell me, ‘opinions are like a**holes- everybody has one,’” followed by “LOVE my hair. Feel so happy, pretty, and free.”
