Bringing an end to this year's Hollywood Film Festival, Tinseltown's brightest stars took to The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Monday night (October 24) for the 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala.
Topping the list of honorees at the Starz sponsored event were Hollywood Actor of the Year winner George Clooney, who showed up alongside new girlfriend Stacy Keibler, as well as Hollywood Actress of the Year selection Michelle Williams, with the "My Week with Marilyn star telling the audience upon acceptance, “All that Marilyn Monroe ever really wanted was to be taken seriously as an actress. She never got the recognition she craved.”.
Stepping out to promote her latest picture, Michelle Williams attended the 49th annual New York Film Festival presentation of "My Week With Marilyn" at Alice Tully Hall in New York City's Lincoln Center on Sunday evening (October 9).
Decked out in a lovely Dior frock, the 31-year-old actress smiled as she posed alongside program director of the Film Society of Lincoln Center Richard Pena and co-star Eddie Remayne.
She stars in some of this year's most anticipated pictures, and now Michelle Williams is getting some well-deserved recognition for her all of her hard work.
As it was announced earlier this morning (September 28), the 31-year-old actress - who takes the lead in "My Week with Marilyn Monroe," "Meek's Cutoff," and "Take This Waltz" - will claim the 2011 Hollywood Actress Award statuette at the 15th annual Hollywood Film Festival and Hollywood Film Awards.
