Michelle Williams & Jason Segel Shop for Music with Matilda
Cultivating a love of music in her daughter, Michelle Williams went to a store in Glendale on Friday with 6-year-old Matilda and boyfriend Jason Segel.
The "My Week with Marilyn" star wore an earth-toned sleeveless top, blue jeans, and a black rimmed hat while her six-year-old daughter and "The Muppets" star beau juggled a handful of albums.
Recently, the 31-year-old blonde beauty is getting praise for her role in her recent film "Take This Waltz." In the movie, she portrays Margot, a married freelance writer who has eyes for an artist she met during an assignment in Nova Scotia who happens to be her neighbor.
When the New Zealand Herald asked Miss Williams if her character is confused in the movie, she replied, "Yeah, there is something infantile about Margot, something stuck. There used to be this really great line in the movie where she watches a couple of 19-year-old girls and says, 'Ah, when I looked like that I didn't appreciate it and now that I appreciate it, I don't look like that anymore.' Basically you spend your 20s trying to run away from your sexuality and then you get to your 30s and you're like, 'Whoa! Wait a minute, I could really use those tits, come back! I could really use that body but now I'm in a different body - great'. It's one of those funny jokes life plays on you."
