Michael Lohan Slapped With Criminal Charges

Things just keep getting worse for Michael Lohan- he’s now been officially charged in the altercation with Kate Major.

The ex-con will answer to criminal charges following a domestic violence incident with his ex-girlfriend this past Monday (March 21).

Lohan has been charged with a misdemeanor count of inflicting injury on a cohabitant, according to Gossip Cop.

Now he’ll have to wait two months to see what happens- Michael is scheduled to be arraigned on May 23rd.
