Lindsay Lohan’s Dad: Ease Off the Drugs

Now that Lindsay Lohan is on a short leash, her father Michael Lohan is afraid forcing her to quit drugs and alcohol all at once will be damaging in the long run.

The publicity-seeking dad says he “doesn’t think it’s a good idea for her to detox on her own, and she should be under a doctor’s care.”

Papa Lohan may not be too far off this time around- addiction recovery specialist Marc Kern seems to agree.

"There probably should have been an assessment of her reliance and dependency of substances before they took her off of everything. That would have been a safer method."
