Michael Jackson’s Will Update
Earlier today, Michael Jackson's will was filed at the Los Angeles Surrogate Court, naming his mother, Katherine Jackson as a beneficiary.
As for his ex-wife Debbie Rowe, Jackson apparently cut her out on purpose. He wrote, “I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Rowe Jackson.”
The 5-page document went on to say that his estate was made up of mostly "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalogue of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony ATV, and the interests of various entities."
In the event that his mother Katherine can’t take care of his three kids, Prince (12), Paris (11), and Blanket (7), Michael named Diana Ross as the secondary guardian.
Finally, Jackson specified that his $200+ net worth was to go to the Michael Jackson Family Trust, to provide for his children.
