Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, was hospitalized on Saturday (March 10) after a skiing accident in Sun Valley, Idaho.
The 18-year-old was seen on a stretcher as he took to his Twitter page to post a message reading, "Little ski accident today. Some bruises and stiches down back and but. Thanks to sun valley doctors for everything."
