Lindsay Lohan is currently going through a some troubles at the courthouse. After not showing up for court recently, the actress is now forced to wear a SCRAM bracelet to monitor her alcohol consumption. She's no stranger to the monitoring bracelets, she had to wear one back in 2007.
Lindsay Lohan’s not going to be happy about this one. Apparently there are reports that she has been hiding a love affair with her BFF Samantha Ronson.
When LiLo checked into Promises Rehab Clinic, there was constant contact with Ronson, on text messages, MySpace, and letters. The focus of all this communicating? Lindsay is in love with Samantha.

The longtime rivalry between Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan and hotel heiress Paris Hilton is over. The two put aside their differences, as evidenced at a party earlier this week.
Apparently, Paris’dislike of Lohan had more to do with her friends’ issues rather than her own. A source close to the Simple Life star told press, "Paris was known as a bully ... she would form alliances. If a friend didn't like Lohan, then she wouldn't like Lohan.”

As far as breakdowns go, Lindsay Lohan sure had a humdinger! It’s looking like the Mean Girls star may have been doing cocaine the night she crashed her Mercedes.
The final toxicology results were done earlier this week, and TMZ got their hands on them. The report confirmed that Lohan had levels of cocaine in her bloodstream the night she wrecked her car. Plus, of course, she was drunk, reportedly having twice the legal limit of alcohol running through her veins.

While Lindsay Lohan makes good on her promises to clean up her act, her parents are also being ordered to turn over a new leaf. A Long Island judge has commanded Dina and Michael Lohan to attend family therapy.
The whole point of the program will be to gradually reunite LiLo’s dad with her two siblings. It's still up for grabs whether or not both parents will be required to attend therapy together.

It must be hard for Linsay Lohan to concentrate on her sobriety when she has two parents that fight like they’re five-year-olds. And that’s exactly what Judge Robert Ross called them during their divorce conference this week.
Michael and Dina Lohan still aren’t divorced. They’re constantly going back and forth over who did what and who gets what. They even argued over who would get the pink copy and who would get the yellow copy of a document they signed. "I can't imagine, given what I've just heard, that the two of you agree on anything," lamented the judge.
