Lindsay Lohan is currently going through a some troubles at the courthouse. After not showing up for court recently, the actress is now forced to wear a SCRAM bracelet to monitor her alcohol consumption. She's no stranger to the monitoring bracelets, she had to wear one back in 2007.
Good things come in threes, right? They always say “Third time is a charm.” Or “Go for the hat trick.” Well, this weekend with mark Lindsay Lohan’s third release from rehab. Let’s hope it’s a lucky one.
The Georgia Rule actress is said to be leaving the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah in a matter of days. And according to her mother, Lilo will be working a bit, and then headed off to Europe to travel and study.

The living guitar legend took to the Cirque Lodge that's currently housing Lindsay Lohan in order to get himself sorted out. Apparently his stint at the UCLA Medical Center back in June of this year didn’t quite take.

Rather than discuss the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, Lindsay Lohan and her fellow Cirque Lodge rehab residents enjoyed a Saturday of movies and shopping.
The Mean Girls actress and friends packed into a white van and headed off to catch the new Jessica Alba movie "Good Luck Chuck." But apparently LiLo agreed with the film critics' poor reviews, as she ended up ditching the theater before the end to go shopping for clothes.

When it comes to needing some time away, Lindsay Lohan definitely qualifies. By and large, 2007 has been a really tough year for the singer/actress, and she is said to be planning to travel Europe and do some studying as soon as she gets out of rehab.
According to the Georgia Rule actress’ mom Dina, LiLo is headed across the pond, so to speak. Dina told press, "She wants to go abroad and study in school... We'll see what happens."

While she's been busy defending herself from a lawsuit filed by Raymundo Ortega, Lindsay Lohan's rumored new boyfriend has been busy talking to press.
Tony Allen, who befriended the Mean Girls starlet at the Cirque Lodge rehab facility she checked into earlier this summer, recently gushed, "We're great friends." And while he didn't confirm that a relationship was in place, Mr. Allen is believed to be the object of LiLo's affection, which she constantly writes about in letters to friends.

This past Friday, the Mean Girls actress filed a 10-page report that attempts to nullify a lawsuit brought against her by Raymundo Ortega. Her lawyer, Alfred Gerisch asserts that Ortega’s claim that LiLo was drunk during the time of the accident is merely an attempt to cash in on her recent indiscretions, rather than a factual account of the incident.

As a follow-up to the Gossip Girls' story of Lindsay Lohan reuniting with her father in rehab, Michael Lohan has spoken briefly to press, calling the moment "Amazing."
After LiLo decided to shelf her long-running feud with her dad and had her mother lift a restraining order, papa Lohan made his way to the Cirque Lodge rehabilitation center in Utah, where Ms Lohan is currently undergoing treatment.
