Lindsay Lohan is currently going through a some troubles at the courthouse. After not showing up for court recently, the actress is now forced to wear a SCRAM bracelet to monitor her alcohol consumption. She's no stranger to the monitoring bracelets, she had to wear one back in 2007.
One day after leaving rehab, a judge says Lindsay Lohan needs to return to therapy – to avoid a relapse.
The troubled actress’ attorney provided the court with proof that Lohan completed her treatment at Cliffside Malibu, but during the hearing the judge received a letter from the facility’s CEO and founder. Cliffside Malibu staff recommended that Lohan continue to attend counseling sessions three times a week.
After her 90-day stay, Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab and back in the Los Angeles area.
According to reports, the troubled “Mean Girls” actress was released from the Cliffside Malibu center on Tuesday afternoon (July 30) and is staying with a sober coach for a few days to get back on her feet.
She hasn’t been able to keep her nose clean no matter how many times she’s sought treatment, so Lindsay Lohan has decided to stay away from the folks who have caused her to stumble over the years.
An insider told press that LiLo will “make a list” of friends that are safe and another roster of people that will likely lead her down the wrong path, in hopes of steering clear of trouble once she’s out of rehab.
